All About Foxxy
DJ Foxxy and her adventure in this pixel world.
The real world Foxxy is over 21 and English, from a musically minded family she plays bass and cannot get through a day without music around her.
Is RL engaged to her SL husband Nic, has 2 kids, and, a Mum who has a model dragon called Kieran and a cat called Sparky, who is convinced he is a dog with jumping privileges.
This incarnation of Foxxy is seven years old, add the previous one, that brings my years in SL up to almost ten (OMG I'm old).

Ive seen many things come and go in SL the fashions, the fads, the griefers and, the system avi, (Hooray for the death of the system avi).
I was almost 2 years in to SL when it was pointed out I should try being a DJ in SL as I had a nice voice, so, I thought, why not? Sounds fun......little did I know.
Anyway, I had a DJ friend who showed me what he did and I was set loose on the club world of SL.
I SUCKED, just thought I'd add that in there.
Anyway, I carried on Djing, learning the hard way how to be a DJ, BUT I learnt how to BE a DJ, how to hold an audience by talking to them and including them in my show. (Why I did it the hard way Ill NEVER know, stubborn? Most likely)
I decided one day, I needed an intro, so I shopped around and came across the S&I DJ School, I met Kieran and his business partner and we just hit it off, been friends ever since.
He even gave me away at my recent wedding to my husband Nic.

Anyway, Kieran made me my intro, I still use it, and I decided to take his class, Oh boy! The shock that hit me when I realized how WRONG I'd been doing things. He took me through SAM and encoders and uploading songs to SAM, he was very patient, he had to be, I'm dyslexic and it takes a while for me to read stuff, but he persevered and today, Im a professional SL DJ.
I've worked at the large and well established clubs in SL, but I prefer the smaller venues, more intimate and cozy. I am a well established, heavy rock and metal DJ, known for trying to make eardrums bleed :)
I've learned so much from Kieran that I'm his manager at the S & I DJ School now and am learning how to be a teacher of SAM as well.
Not that I'm biased or anything , but, I recommend Kieran to anyone who asks for drops jingles or a class.
